May 16, 2019 Affinity Photo v1.5 - seems to have most everything a photographer would want from Photoshop without all the bloat and non-photo related functions. It does some things nicer/easier/better than PS. It feels like a professional app. It reads, opens and writes PSDs with full layer support, has built-in HDR & focus merge and tone mapping. Really good, like all of Simon's courses. Added a few new tricks to my repertoire, and improved my proficiency with Affinity Photo. This isn't a beginner's course, though you probably could follow along with the tutorials even if you are brand new to Affinity Photo, but you'll get the most out of it if you take his Solid Foundations course first.
